Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders within Calabar, Lagos, and Uyo are delivered within 24-48 hours. We strive to get your groceries to you as quickly as possible!

You can return items if they are damaged or incorrect by confirming them in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery. If there are any issues, please return the items immediately to the delivery agent before completing the collection.

We currently serve most parts of Lagos and Calabar, covering central and popular areas. In Lagos, our delivery areas include Ajao Estate, Alausa, Anthony Village, Gbagada, Ijora, Ikeja, Ikoyi, Ilupeju, Ketu, Lagos Island, Lekki, Magodo, Maryland, Mushin, Ogba, Ogudu, Ojodu Berger, Ojota, Omole, Oniru Estate, Oregun, Oshodi, Somolu, Surulere, Victoria Island, and Yaba. In Calabar, we serve Calabar Municipal, Calabar South, Akamkpa, and Akpabuyo. If your preferred delivery address falls outside our current coverage, please provide an alternative location that is centrally located—perhaps your office or a relative’s or friend’s home that you visit frequently.

We go to great lengths to ensure all items in your order are found. Our team may check up to six different retail outlets to fulfill your order completely. If, after extensive search, an item is still unavailable, one of our well-trained Personal Shoppers will reach out to offer suitable replacements. You’re not obligated to accept these alternatives; we will only proceed with purchasing replacements once we have your confirmation.

While we make every effort to display an accurate list of items that are in stock at the stores we partner with, these stores are ultimately responsible for maintaining their inventory levels. In the normal course of a business day, the stores may occasionally run out of some items. You will not be obliged to pay for any unavailable item. If you are not satisfied with the replacement suggested to you by the Personal Shopper, we will refund the monetary value of the item to your True Essentials Mart wallet.
